RULES AND GUIDELINES
Team formation Rules
1. The contest is open to the current students of B Schools / Under graduate colleges and Corporates.
2. The number of authors for a paper is limited to a maximum of two students (both from the same organization/Institute).
3. One individual cannot be a part of more than one team.
4. Once a team has been formed, no change in the team composition will be permitted.
5. There is no restriction on the number of teams that can participate from an institute.
Submission Guidelines
Round One: Submission of papers
1. The participants would have to select one topic of their choice from three topics that would be displayed on the Arvneeti website.
2. The participants need to register with the Arthdrona coordinator and give their chosen topic to him.
3. Papers should represent original research work which has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Plagiarism of any sort would lead to disqualification.
4. Each entry should have a cover page with the names of the authors, their e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. The names of the authors or their institute should not appear anywhere in the body of the paper.
5. The paper should be in PDF Format, font Times New Roman, size 12 with 1.5 line spacing, 1” margin on all sides & should not exceed 2500 words.
6. The subject of the mail should be ORGANISATIONNAME | TEAMNAME and is to be mailed to arthdrona@mfc.edu
7. The last date for sending entries is 8th March 2010, 23:59 hours.
Round Two: Presentation of Papers
1. Panels of judges will shortlist 5 best papers from round one.
2. One or both members of five teams, short-listed based on the fulfillment of the criteria mentioned below would be invited to make a power-point presentation their papers before an esteemed panel of judges at the Department of Financial Studies, Delhi University on 13th March, 2010.
3. Students need to submit two hard copies and a soft copy (in a CD) of the paper on the day of presentation.
4. The results of the judges will be final & binding on the teams.

* Winners – Rs 10,000
* Runners-Up – Rs 5,000
Important Dates
* Last date for registration and sending papers for Arthdrona: 8th March, 2010.
* Intimation to short listed participants: 9th March, 2010.
* Date of Paper Presentation: 13th March, 2010.
